I’m a personal chef who specializes in personalized, intimate events, dinners, and culinary experiences. I create and prepare dishes that are unique to your special occasion.
I bring an evaluated but casual vibe to the food and presentation. My menus feature both classics and experimental fusion recipes, with dishes that range from simple to refined.
My kitchen is always filled with laughter, storytelling, and smells that promise a meal you will remember.
My dishes are inspired by my travels around the world…
I’ve studied, worked, and lived in Los Angeles, Maine, Europe, India, and SouthEast Asia. I learned to infuse global ingredients into traditional dishes for families, private events, celebrities, and 5 star restaurants.
Food is a feast for the senses, ignites memories, and brings us pleasure. Th burst of of colors, tastes and aromas that revive the palate, can soothe the soul, and energize us. I would like to bring this to life to your kitchen.
My food philosophy comes from my time in Bali.
I was the head chef of a private boat sailing the breathtaking Komodo Islands near Bali, as far away from city life as you can get. The connection between nature, food, and family was never more intimate than it was out at sea. I learned the importance of environmentally-mindful sourcing, and the use of simple organic ingredients as the keys that not only nourish the body, but the mind and the soul. I bring this unique feeling to the meals I create for your event.
